Domestic Orders: All orders are shipped via UPS. Standard delivery within the continental United States usually takes between 7 to 10 days. Shipping outside of the continental United States may take longer. At this time, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. RETURNS & EXCHANGES Returns: in the NOW wants you to love what you buy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, send an e-mail to orders@intheNOW.com within 14 days of your original purchase date to request a return authorization (RA) number. All merchandise for return MUST be unworn, have all tags attached, and be in perfect, resalable condition. Returns without authorization may not be accepted.
