Shipping Rates
The below shipping rates apply to orders shipped within the United States. For international orders, please e-mail us with your location so that we can arrange the proper shipping method and customs requirements. Shipping and handling costs are determined by your purchase amount.

Shipping Time
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS ground. Standard delivery time within the continental United States usually takes between 7 to 10 days. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take longer and have higher costs. Please e-mail us for information and rates.
in the NOW wants you to love what you buy! Should you need to return or exchange an item you purchased via our online store, please e-mail us for a return authorization (RA) number within 10 days of receipt of your item. Returns cannot be made after that period.
All merchandise for return MUST be unworn, have all tags attached, and be in perfect, resalable condition. Returns without authorization will not be accepted. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
For prompt and proper handling of your return, please include a copy of your invoice in the box and your RA number on the outside of your box.

For product exchanges, please follow the above procedures to request an RA number and ship back the item you want to exchange. In your RA request, please include the item number, description and size of the item that you would like to exchange for. You must complete this step so that we can verify whether we have stock of the item you want.
When pre-ordering merchandise that is not yet available, your credit card is charged for the full amount of the item plus shipping at the time of your order. Should you decide after receiving the item that you do not want it or need to exchange it, please follow the above return/exchange procedures.
